Advantages of Metal Baler

1. High strength structural materials

The main body of the metal baler is  made of high-strength carbon steel such as Q235 and Q345, and the key components (such as hydraulic cylinders and piston rods) are made of alloy steel or tempered steel, which can withstand the working pressure of up to 200-300MPa to ensure long-term stable operation.

2. Wear resistance and corrosion resistance design

The working face in contact with metal scrap is often quenched (hardness HRC45-55) or surfacing with wear-resistant alloy layers, such as chromium carbide composite materials, and the service life is 3-5 times longer than that of ordinary steel. Some models will also be chrome plated or sprayed to adapt to wet environments.
