In scrap copper wire plants, all kinds of machinery and equipment cooperate with each other to achieve efficient recycling of scrap copper wire.
First of all, the shredder assumes the heavy responsibility of pretreatment. Its motors drive strong, sharp blades at high speed, which can quickly shred bundles and coils of scrap copper wire into small pieces. The long copper wire, which was originally disorganized, became regular through this process, laying a good foundation for subsequent treatment.
Then, copper-plastic separation was carried out by dry specific gravity separation equipment. This type of equipment takes advantage of the difference in the specific gravity of copper and plastic, and works through a cleverly designed vibration screening structure and wind conveying system. When the shredded copper wire enters the equipment, under the action of vibration, the copper and plastic of different gravity are gradually layered, and the wind blows the lighter plastic away to achieve accurate separation of the two. This dry separation method avoids the sewage problems caused by wet treatment, which is both environmentally friendly and efficient.
The conveyor acts as a "porter" in the entire process, transporting the shredded copper scrap wire to the specific gravity separation equipment in a smooth and orderly manner, and transporting the separated copper material to the subsequent link, ensuring that the treatment steps are closely connected, the production line runs smoothly, and the copper scrap processing work is carried out efficiently.
